Great location and pretty reasonable. The elevator and some hallways really looked like they could use an uplift. The ceiling in the elevator looked melted and stained. Rooms were clean, and it was a great stay before an early flight out. Had a crib for our kiddo.
Place super clean, love the concept that the shower has a big bottles of shampoo and conditioner dove brand. I usually bring my own shampoo and this time I didn’t use it. The breakfast was good I really enjoyed. My concern was the airplane noise but I didn’t hear any noise. The staff was really nice, the girl who provided the room service was right on point keeping the room clean picking up daily the trash, and was there to ensure I didn’t need any supplies. I will be giving this please 10/10
Stayed here last week for one night awaiting my flight. Check in was quick and helpful, lobby was clean. My room was better than expected. It was very clean, well appointed, and the shower clearly was newer…excellent water pressure and included Dove products. The breakfast was also good…hot items like eggs, sausage, waffles. Well stocked and clean. When I needed the free shuttle to the airport, the staff was right on it and it came in less than 2 minutes. Overall a nice stay in a well cared for hotel!
Rooms were updated, spacious and clean. Desk staff were friendly. Shuttle to airport was easy, runs every 30 minutes. The extras: like fresh water, coffee and tea in lobby, nice sized fitness center , full size soap, shampoo and conditioner in bathroom. I loved the separate sink area from the shower and toilet!
Stay was excellent. The room had no rodents and bugs which was a plus!!!! The heat was good and worked fine. I booked a two bed room for myself and the towels were plenty. Bed was very comfy as well. Breakfast was perfect, especially since free. All the basics, eggs, turkey and pork sausage, waffles, muffins, breads, cereal, yogurt, milks, coffees, juices, were provided. The only downside was the laundry dryer was broken. Other than that, i would stay again.. maybe for new years.
The La Quinta in Windsor Locks was a great place to stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was great - especially Saavi. Nice breakfast with lots of choices. Good space to air our dogs. We stayed there twice - once on the way to Maine and also on the way back!
Listen, you really cant go wrong. Its 10$ a day for airport parking with a free shuttle. Room was clean, adequate, and totally passable. We had a very early flight and didnt want to drive during an ice storm so stayed here. It was such a good decision. We stayed maybe ten hours but it was well well worth it to not risk missing our flight. Shuttle was on time and helpful. Cant go wrong honestly even the parking alone makes it a sick deal. (First two nights free w stay 10$ each additional night.) Peter at the front desk was very nice, kudos. If youre flying out of Bradley early its the easiest way by far.
Tv remote don't work properly. Exhaust fan in the bathroom make a lot of noise.
